After Raising $9.2M, why does Qnetic Open Its Next Investment Round?
Many of our investors have asked how Qnetic’s financing evolved over the past year, so here is a short overview.
In 2025, Qnetic raised $7.1M in new capital.
The Wefunder round ultimately closed at $2.1M in May 2025. Shortly afterwards, Qnetic finalized a $5M priced investment with a private investor from a prominent Saudi business family.
What comes next?
Looking ahead, Qnetic’s goal for 2026 is raising $20M to supercharge the next stage of development, including:
• alpha prototype build and test
• beta systems assembly in the United States
• underground test facilities
• pilot deployments
• preparation for early production
The first $5M is now open for investment through a new RegCF public offering.
